Tanz Loyalty Rewards Terms & Conditions

Please see below for terms and conditions of use relating to our loyalty rewards including the Sunbed Loyalty Card and the Package renewal offers.

Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions:

Loyalty cards are customers own responsibility and we are unable to look after these in the salon
On completion of the card, the free session value will be the average spend taken over the ten visits
Card must be produced and free session redeemed within 6 months of first session
The card must be produced and labelled on each visit and cannot be back labelled at a later date
Loyalty cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
Tanz reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a loyalty card if it has been damaged or tampered with

In order to claim a package renewal reward, you must renew a like for like package
Package renewal rewards available only on selected sunbed and vibration plate package offers
Vibration plate course renewal offer is for £5 off another course when renewed with 30 mins or less remaining
Sunbed package renewal offer is for 10 minutes extra free when renewed with 12 mins or less remaining
Renewal incentive offer automatically comes into effect with the usage time stated above
There is no obligation to renew a package but you will miss the offer if you decide not to renew
Not valid in conjunction with any other offer
Tanz reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice
Please bear in mind that all packages have expiry times and it is the customers responsibility to manage their time accordingly
Staff are not obliged to inform customers of their package usage information but can provide this upon request.
Please note that packages are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. However, we may alter packages based on medical grounds where medical information is provided and only when the package has not yet expired. Any requests of this nature should be emailed to info@tanztanning.co.uk
