Data Collection within our Salons

On your first visit to any of our salons you will be asked to fill out a client questionnaire. You may also be required to fill out additional questions should you wish to use specific services such as ReVive or Teeth Whitening. Service specific questions enable us to identify any reasons why the service may not be suitable for you. All data collected within our salons, whether paper based or electronically captured, is recorded and stored securely and will only be accessed by authorised members of staff.

Clients with packages will be asked to record their fingerprint in order to safeguard their customer account. Using fingerprint recognition to secure a client account means that only the individual may access the account and thereby any outstanding sessions on it. However please note that fingerprint registration is not and never will be compulsory. We do not process this data for any reason other than that previously noted. Fingerprint data is stored locally in each of our salons and this data is not processed over the Internet. Fingerprint data is stored in a separate stand alone database to customer account information, ie data such as customer name, postal address, telephone number etc is stored in a separate database with no fingerprint data attached to it. Fingerprint data is only linked to a client account by our Salon System Software that is operated by authorised staff only. Customers have the right to remove or amend their fingerprint data at any time.
