How Online Packages Work

Your tanning package is a virtual purchase and will be added to your salon account by our team.

Here’s what to expect:

  1. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

  2. Our office will process your order and add the minutes to your account.

  3. You’ll then receive an “Order Complete” email — this means your minutes are live and ready to use in salon.

Your 6-week usage period begins from the date of your Order Complete email.

Please allow up to 3–5 working days for processing during busy periods.
Kindly check your spam/junk folder for emails from Tanz Tanning.

Your package cannot be used until you receive your Order Complete email.

Important Package Information

  • Packages are added to the salon you’re registered with but can be used in any Tanz salon once activated.*

  • All packages have a strict 6-week expiry.

  • Expiry dates cannot be paused, extended or transferred.

  • If multiple packages are purchased, they will share the same 6-week usage window.

*Use of the Vegaz in the £34.99 package is valid only in the East Kilbride Salon

To ensure we can activate your package, please include in your order notes:

  • Your Date of Birth

  • The address registered on your salon account
    (New customers: please provide full address including postcode)

Purchaser details must match the salon account details.

In-Salon Requirements

  • Please bring proof of purchase on your first visit.

  • Fingerprint registration is required for all package customers to protect your account from unauthorised use.

  • Packages cannot be honoured without fingerprint registration.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  • You understand your 6-week expiry begins once your order is marked complete

  • Your minutes are only available once you receive your Order Complete email

  • You agree to fingerprint registration

  • You accept the full Terms & Conditions
