Tanz are delighted to announce that we now have the very latest Flabelos and i.Fit vibration plates at our salons across Scotland.

Whole Body Vibration training is not a new idea, it has been around for over 30 years. It was originally developed by NASA to help combat muscle wastage and osteoporosis in astronauts and now it is here to help you!

How does it work?

Our Vibration Machines are really easy to use. Simply stand on the machine, feet apart, and the machine will do the rest.

During the 10 minute session the machine will work through a sequence of vibrations. These vibrations cause the muscles to contract and relax as they would under normal physical activity only much faster. It is the rapid process of muscle contraction and release that can help you to tone and firm up.

Top Tips for Maximum Weight Loss

For maximum and sustained weight loss, we recommend that you follow a healthy eating plan in conjunction with your Whole Body Vibration training program

 - Eat at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day

 - Eat less saturated fat, sugar and salt

 - Drink at least 2 litres of water a day (8 glasses). Water helps you lose weight, keeps your muscles hydrated and can help to suppress your appetite
