SALON MANAGER - 30 hours p/wk (approx)
We require a manager for our Newmains Salon. Duties include: daily running of busy salon, training and motivating staff, organising and planning staff rota, banking, completing all admin paperwork and reports, providing excellent customer service, promote products/offers. Applicants must have previous management experience to at least supervisory level, be a self starter, confident and positive individual with excellent sales and customer service experience. Must be sales focussed and computer literate(training provided), possess strong leadership skills and be able to drive and motivate team to exceed expected key performance indicators.

ASSISTANT SALON MANAGER - 19 hours p/wk (approx)
Assistant Manager required to cover our busy Salons in Granton & Corstorphine. We need someone who has drive and enthusiasm, flexibility, fantastic people skills with some supervisory/management experience. The role will be supporting the Manager in motivating and training the team, dealing with customers face to face providing an excellent service, promoting offers and products, reports and admin, banking, general running and housekeeping of Salons.
